چکیده
The objectives of the study were to evaluate yield performance common bean varieties under rain fed in east Wollega, western Ethiopia. Sixteen tested for and related traits completely randomized block design three replications at Guto Gida district, Uke research demonstration site 2020/21. Data taken from ten quantitative parameters; plant height, leaf area, inter node length, pod number nodes per plant, pods seed pod, 100-seed weight, grain hectare biomass hectare. analysis variance showed that significantly different all except means are highly affected by variety. highest height was recorded variety Omo-95 (120.0cm), lowest Melka dima (34.3 cm). length (22.5 cm), Mexican-142 (8.0 Grain significant mean Awash-1 (3.9 ton/ha) obtained Dursitu (1.3 ton/ha). Testing improved is among best technologies improve productivity specific area recommendation. However, experiment should be repeated across locations years a wide range present revealed variation genotypes considered one insignificant trait. In addition, almost well adapted hence, high yielding could directly used as sources production bean.

This research was conducted to study and classify the physico-chemicalproperties of soil, yield components of wheat and to determine the significance ofthese parameters on the grain yield formation. In this research, seven statisticalmethods consisting of simple correlation analysis (SCA), multiple linear regression(MLR), stepwise regression (SR), factor analysis (FA), principal componentanalys...
متن کاملYield of small cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum M) variety PV1 as influenced by levels of nutrients and neem cake under rain fed condition in southern western ghats, India.
his paper seeks to understand the influence of different levels of fertilizer nutrients on annual yield of cardamom in Cardamom Hill Reserves (CHR) under rain fed situation. Field experiment conducted at CRS, Pampadumpara during 1994-2002 on nutrient levels with sources revealed that increasing the levels of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium had increased the yields of cardamom up to 125: 125:...

the effect of water stress were studied on the agronomic traits related to yield of common bean by planting 32 genotypes in normal and water deficit conditions. these genotypes were evaluated in randomized complete block design with three replications in experimental field of faculty of agriculture, university of tehran, karaj campus in 2007. analysis of variance showed that there were signific...
متن کاملSoil loss and runoff generation in rangeland, rain-fed and abandoned rain-fed agriculture land-uses under simulated rainfall
Soil erosion is a global challenge, seriously threatening soil and water resources andenvironmental qualities. One of the important factors to consider in the process of runoffgeneration and soil erosion is the physical and chemical properties of soils under differentland-uses. The aim of this study is to estimate soil erosion and runoff in rangeland, rain-fedand abandoned rain-fed agriculture ...
متن کاملGraphical Analysis of Multi-Environment Trials for Barley Yield Using AMMI and GGE-Biplot Under Rain-Fed Conditions
The AMMI and SREG GGE are among the models that effectively capture the additive and multiplicative components of genotype × environment interaction (GEI) and provide meaningful interpretation of multi-environment trials’ data set in the breeding programs. The objective of this study was to assess the effect of GEI on grain yield of barely advanced lines and exploit the positive GEI effect us...
